Invitation for Blogging

We set up a blog utility for both Naying Beach's visitors and ECO Guesthouse's guests. We invite you to write down your experiences during your holidays at Phuket and its surroundings, at Naiyang and other beaches. Write down about your stay at ECO Guesthouse, about your favourite restaurant(s), what you liked and what you disliked. You may ask any question about the Naiyang Beach area and about other places to stay if wanting coming back or for the first time to Phuket.

For you convenience we explain how to use the Google blog utility Blogger for placing a new entry (a "post") - working as an author, not only giving a comment to an existing post - step by step:

1) Use this link to open Google's Blogger or key in the URL "http://naiyang.blogspot.com/".

You will see the window as shown above: "Naiyang Beach, Phuket, Thailand".

Blogger's Sign-In Window

2a) Sign in by typing in the username of your Google account and your password.
2b) If you do not yet have a Google account, create a new one. It takes only a few minutes and is free of charge.
2c) If you do not want to create a new Google account, use our Google account "naiyangblog@gmail.com". Use "naiyangblog" as username and "naiyangbeach" as password. Your entry will be shown as made by Nong, not by yourself.

3) Blogger's Dashboard
You should not drive a car now, but may manage the blog utility.

3a) View Blog
Click "View Blog". You will see all the entries ("posts")displayed in reverse chronological order.
Go back to Dashboard using the key combination (Alt + left arrow key) of your keyboard.

3b) New Post
Click "New Post" and an editor will pop up.

Write your post using the editor shown above.

You may use the SAVE AS DRAFT button if you interrupt writing and want to continue later on.
You must use the PUBLISH POST button if you have finished writing and want to publish your post in the Internet.
